Company History
Support Products
began in 1982 as a small offshoot company formed to provide graphics
arts and pressroom supplies to the printing industry. The first
products sold included litho perfs, counting systems, and perf
blankets.
Following an
increase in demand for additional supplies and upon recommendations
from their current customers for specific equipment, Support Products
became incorporated in 1984. Soon after, the company began to carry a
broader line of supplies and to assemble additional equipment. It was
at that time, when Support Products began marketing its Ink Levelers,
Bustle Wheels, Remote Pasting & Softening Systems, Remoistenable Glue
Systems and Counting Devices.
To provide an easy
and convenient selection and ordering process, Support Products
introduced its first catalog in 1987, which featured over 80 pieces of
supplies and equipment.
As the company
flourished and the demand for high-quality auxiliary equipment
increased, an on-site machine shop (Jarmec) was formed in 1992. As a
result, Support Products was able to more easily manufacture and
assemble its growing line of equipment.
While evolving into
the highly respected company that it is today, Support Products has
built its reputation on supplying solutions to its customers in
response to their requirements. In doing so, Support Products is
continuously evaluating its product line and expanding its array of
equipment.

The components used by Support
Products are of the highest quality available. Our equipment comes
with a 1 YEAR FULL WARRANTY on all components in the system.
Our Programmable Glue System comes with a 6 month full warranty.
Support Products will replace any defective component at no charge
you. If you are not completely satisfied with the product
received, please return the product simply by calling our customer
service department to request an authorization number.
